MarKiba Johnson brings over 13 years of experience as a General Manager at B&L Management in the retail sector to include her role as Executive Director of a youth nonprofit organization. Born and raised in Hattieville, Arkansas, MarKiba has called Conway, Arkansas her home for the past 22 years. With a passion for music, outdoor activities, and travel, she brings a dynamic energy to her work with young people. MarKiba's dedication to community service is evident through her founding of the Black Diamond Community Foundation-BDSN and her previous roles as a real estate agent and HUD Housing Counselor. She has also served as a Team Mom for the Optimist football Jaguars, demonstrating her commitment to youth development both professionally and personally. As a mother of three and grandmother of six, MarKiba understands the importance of nurturing and empowering the next generation.
MarKiba's educational journey includes graduation from Wonderview High School and pursuing business studies at UACCM in Morrilton. Her multifaceted experiences and unwavering commitment to community service make her an invaluable asset as she takes on the role of Executive Director and founder.

Jasmine Wright
Jasmine Wright, an Aesthetician based in Conway, Arkansas, where she was born and raised and has been proudly residing for 27 years. Beyond her dedication to skincare, she finds joy in nurturing her children and serving her community through her church involvement. As the founder of Livi Facial & Beauty Spa, she boasts seven years of experience in the industry and holds a professional skincare license. Her journey began with studies in Early Childhood Education at Arkansas Community College at Morrilton, followed by obtaining her Aesthetic License from The Salon Professional Academy in Sherwood, Arkansas. Alongside her entrepreneurial ventures, she spent significant time honing her skills with a seven-year tenure at Walmart. Through her commitment and passion for skincare, she continues to make a meaningful impact on her clients' lives. Beyond her philanthropic endeavors, she's a devoted mother and active member of her church. With a background in early childhood education and aesthetics, she embodies a holistic approach to nurturing and empowering the next generation. Her leadership and expertise enrich the organization's initiatives, ensuring a brighter future for the youth in Conway and beyond.

Joshlyn Foster
Joshlyn Foster, a compassionate Medtech by profession, originally from Morrilton, Arkansas, and now residing in Conway for the past 18 years. Alongside her dedication to healthcare, she finds joy in spending quality time with her children, reflecting her nurturing nature. Beyond her professional endeavors, Joshlyn has been recognized for her resilience and determination, earning the prestigious Single Parent Scholarship Award. Her educational journey began at UACCM in Morrilton, Arkansas, where she pursued nursing, laying the foundation for her career in healthcare. As a board member of a youth nonprofit, Joshlyn brings a wealth of experience, empathy, and a strong commitment to empowering the next generation.

Rico Perkins
Rico Perkins, a dedicated Manager at Kroger for eight years, brings a blend of professional experience and community commitment to the youth organization board. Born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas, Rico has called Conway, Arkansas, home for the past eight years. His passion for football and music has been evident throughout his life, as he pursued both interests alongside his career. Rico is not only a father of three but also a respected figure in the former EFL Football league. Rico's educational journey reflects his versatility, having attended Mills University Studies High School before furthering his studies at the University of Pine Bluff Arkansas. Recognizing an opportunity for growth, Rico transferred to Arkansas Baptist College, where he shifted his focus from sports medicine to business administration. With his diverse background, dedication to community, and commitment to youth development, Rico Perkins is poised to make a significant impact as a board member of the youth organization.

Princess Johnson
Princess Johnson is an empathetic, compassionate, creative, and professional educator and presenter with over a decade of experience working in the non-profit sector and with youth and adults in various learning environments. Her personal journey is a testament to the power of resilience, personal growth, and the power of community.
Throughout her career, Princess has demonstrated a remarkable willingness to learn and adapt, making her an exceptional role model for her students and colleagues alike. She is a 3x published author and serves in her downtime as a community advocate and mental health first aid instructor.
Princess holds a degree in Psychology, is certified in mental health first aid, and has also worked as a counselor in training in addiction recovery.
She is a mother, wife, and loves reading, the beach, consignment shopping, and supporting others to pursue their goals and dreams.
